why we drink and use...

.part of it feels good and part of it blocks out what used to feel better.or at least what we thought used to feel better.Alcohol is my substance of choice and It makes me happy and sad all at the same time. Just wish I had some one to cry with and hug while I feel these feelings. I am sure many of you understand!
