I don't think it's the way to go. Taking meth for that long suggests something about what your system craves and it's hard to see Effexor filling the hole.
And having taken it for so long must have done stuff to you that doesn't seem fixable by Effexor.

I'd (why the hell listen to me?) be suggesting you look at
deprenyl
hydergine
rhodiola
DLPA
mucana pruriens
vinpocetine
antioxidants
