I saw some of this while away for the weekend. I watched it with my spouse. He was surprised when I started to get upset... because I don't ask him for help when I need it.
Another howling this afternoon and I am spent. If I can't get his continued support in my sober life, I'm not sure I can do it for long without it. He says he understands, but plainly doesn't.

I have a lot of self work to do.
