That's wonderful! I hope that overall, you feel better for it. It sure makes a difference for me. Let the medications do their best without adding toxins for my body to deal with.
Let's see, I'm one year and over 7 months sober now. I think of it as a big favour I'm doing for myself - which is something that I didn't think I deserved at times.
