Drink, how much is too much?

Posted by valero on September 28, 2007, at 17:19:54

I was just wondering what could potentially constitute a drinking problem. I drink more or less a full bottle of red wine per day, everyday. (Only the good Bordeaux wines though, no rubbish ). My Liver enzymes show elevated GGT. and I've always had Gilberts syndrome. . I also experiment with various pyschoactive meds; to modulate mood. But to be honest I find the meds. have the potential to induce addiction and long lasting unwanted effects, much more easily than drink. Is there such an alcoholic state where one can drink to satisfaction, rather than oblivion?
I rather suspect there is.
