Iv been taking 10mg of paxil for 1 month. On top of remeron. Im swithing to zoloft tommorrow am, but i stopped paxil last night. today i felt more anxious, bit adjitated and depressed. Is this paxil withdrawl of such a low dose, or just maybe just having a bad day? I read paxil has the fastest withdrawl due to short half life?
genops. i took my daily xanax also, may need another one for withdrawls are gone. mostly anxiety.

Just curious, why do you have to wait a day and then take Zoloft? You should be able to start it when you last Paxil dose was due. Just IMHO...etc..

If I take even one dose of paxil, I have withdrawel symptoms the next day. I can only imagine what it is like to get off it after being on for a long time. I would take it slowly down. I am starting Zoloft tomorrow too, and I am also on Remeron. Maybe we could let each other know how it is going!

rainbow, what dose of zoloft? im starting monday 25mg am. well see hwo it goes this week

Hi Geno, I am starting at 25 mgs. for one week, and then 50 mgs. after that. I am on day 2 and so far it has been pretty good. Slight nauseau and feeling kinda tired, but overall I am tolerating it pretty well. Please let me know how you do okay?
