Does anyone have access to the Journal of Clinical Psychiatry? I am interested in having a look at this paper - I can get the abstract, just not the paper. I have tried emailing the authors, (no response) asking the publishers for a copy (to be paid for or otherwise - np response) and my friends in acedemia and MIT don't even subsribe to it!

I tried WorldCat for my area for that journal. It looks like every hospital in the region subscribes to the print edition. Also every university.
You could try this Google search:
site:worldcatlibraries.org "journal of clinical psychiatry"Then you'll get a WorldCat page where you have to enter your zip code. (You have to allow cookies.) Then you may have to repeat the Google search in order for it to work. But you should get a list of libraries in your area who subscribe to it.
If it's in a local hospital library, you can possibly sneak in (I've done that) or ask permission to photocopy an article.

If you can't find a copy at a library, you can go to http://www.psychiatrist.com/order.htm and follow the instructions to order a copy of the article for $15.
