Found this article interesting as to outcome of success rates using light at different time of day verses mornings.

I use a light all winter..it helps me get through as winter is always a bad time for me..mine has two settings..a higher one and one just for ambient light..my light is usually on most of the day..however, I've never noticed it has caused any symptoms other than making me feel better..it's like having the room full of spring sunlight..
