Get a blood pressure cuff so you can monitor yours. Then google med checker put in vyvanase and add name of a blood pressure med and see if they compatible. Love Phillipa

yes abilify is not helping you. this is time to get of it. glad you are.
and yes there is such thing as safe.
even a year ago i never would have believed it...but i am learning it. my T is making me learn it. i'm still hesitant...but im starting to believe.you keep you safe. you can't control life but you can control limbs. and down below you ARE doing that. asking for safe place inside safe place.
do you draw Jeroen? can you draw your paranoia? i used to but i could never look at the finished picture. i'd fold it up and put it in a sealed envelope and give it to my T.
if you want to do that you can too. seal it up and give it to someone that won't give it back to you. your pdoc or a friend.

> you keep you safe. you can't control life but you can control limbs.I would agree also. There is no guarantees in life or perfect safety. This is also one issue in my therapy as well. I am also afraid of death -- but that's just the rules of life, whether you're an atheist or agnostic or not. But there are ways of making one more "functional" (I don't particularly like that name, but it refers to how one is capable of doing more in life and able to do things on one's own.
At some point, some reasonable risks have to be taken -- nobody should be asking ultimate unreasonable feats but the more one gets engaged in projects and confidence building, the less one's mental illness (I prefer biochemical imbalance) is the only focus.
And socialization is important too. I wish I had more of that, I do need it. I have some ways to go but finding that spark, that interests you can surprise you and is a key in treatment.
-- best wishes
