As most of you know i met my girl here,lol a love story,shaslinger.Also if you follow her posts shes always always posting tohelp.
Well shes in trouble.She worked a great job on the citys monorail make a hell lot of money.But it was a project,and all her money went to me getting my out of jail on these fals false arrests.
She has cfs and depression.And with no insurance she cant get her vyanese.Without it she is comtose,literaly,she cant move,she cant get off the counch,she is disabled.
We need to both get good jobs or due to the lawyers bills we will loose our home.
So what i need to know is this,are there any legal orderable stimulants aside from modfanil that one can get.Vyanese was her life saver.
She is doing worse by the day,and a stimulant is just one thing u cant order online.
If anyone has any ideas to share,do it here or personaly at my email willva23@gmail.com.

Which psychostimulants has she tried in the past?Do you think Dexedrine or Adderall would help? What about Methylphenidate?
I'm sure you know that FM is often treated with Cymbalta or Savella. I had thought that Parnate might be worth looking into - so I did. I cannot find anything that would support such a notion. I did find a couple of references to Emsam, though. If the depression is severe enough and inconsistent with FM, perhaps an MAOI plus Dexedrine will be worthy of consideration for a comorbid condition. In the case of Parnate, you will want to monitor your blood pressure closely once Dexedrine is added to it.

I'm sorry. I mixed up CFS with fibromyalgia.
In any event, I did find some references to MAOIs being used for CFS.

Thanks scott,no the vyanese worked perfect,but shes out of work,so no insurance,so we need a legal potent altetnative.

There is probably nothing over-the-counter that is as cheap as the $4 per month generic prescriptions, i pay that (actually $8/month because of the higher dosage) at the giant eagle here, but ask at various drug stores & compare prices. Thats for nortriptyline. I've had bupropion for 30$ a month. instant stimulants aren't too expensive either. Do you want something OTC because you can't afford to see your pdoc?
