hey peeps,
i just bought this from amazon, $150. i'm using it for the first time right now in the evening because i've been suffering from fatigue too early at night and waking up too early. but i'll also use it during the day. curious if anyone else on this board has tried it? it is a new form of bright light therapy, in a much smaller box with powerfull BLUE LEDs which hit directly the wavelength necessary for mood and circadian regulation.would be intrested in in hearing about your experiences and how you use it best. any tips and tricks?

Ok everyone on this board needs to TRY this product. If it doesn't work they have a money back refund and you can always send it back to amazon too! I used it last night and it helped me stay up later (i have been going to sleep way too early) and used it for a long period (60 minutes) this morning when I woke up around 5:30am, it had an immediate and positive impact on both mood and energy. I probably used it too long and will dial down to 30 min twice a day until circadian rhythms improve.
Also I am trying to spend at least 1hour in the direct sunlight a day, and that also has a noticable impact on mood. And 45 minutes of exercise too.
