Effexor + Buspar = Serotonin syndrome?

Am i at risk?

I am not on a high dose of either substance (see below).

I think you would be fine (thought keep in mind I'm not a doctor...)

I think you'll be OK. I mean, adding BuSpar is a fairly common strategy. Stimulants are used w/ Effexor, cymbalta, and other ADs without too many problems.

Did you do a drug interactions checker? I did read that there's some research that shows a reduced risk of TD when BuSpar is used w/ a neuroleptic. Weird.
