I've been taking all of my supplements at once, before I go to bed because that is the only time I can remember to do it. I take 2-3 fish oil capsules, 1 B-100, 300 mg B2, and 400-500mg Magnesium Taurate.
Does taking everything all at once like that affect how much of it I absorb? Are there any other disadvantages?

Other than that, the supplements are better in you than in the bottle they came in. Remembering to take them is the important thing, far more important than timing them with a meal.
