Does anyone have experiences with taking D-Ribose for chronic fatigue - and/or for depression?
I just got some and have noticed that it certainly pep's me up, but it seems to be pretty short acting?
I would love to hear others expereinces with this, if it worked or not, dosing, or anything else.

No negative effects?
I heard about one but forget what it was.
I haven't tried it myself.

A little increased anxiety was noticed, but I'm hoping the right dosing schedule could smooth this out

I tried it, but all I recall is it builds up after a while. iN biochem we leaarnt ( i think) it is rate limiting, like once it builds up it turns off that pathway.. but it depends on the tissue etc, its all ther if you csn decipher it (I think).
I tend to be low on B1 which produces fatigue, and d-ribose consumes the B1, then if you keep B1 toped up, B2, then I forget but it mat be biotin? and in the end you need a multiB as well.. but loads more B2 and B1.. I forget now, and even then after a while it turns off the pathways I think.. BUT it sure helps for a short time!
Sorry the post is only a draft, and my memory of then is almosr nonexistant:-)
This is the end of the thread.
