Hello,
I am just curious as to whether anyone had any personal experience with either vitamin b12 or b6 for depression/anxiety. If so, which of the two were more helpful? Inositol (B8) has helped my ocd/anxiety tremendously already so I think I am barking up the right tree! Many thanks,

I take sublingual 25mgs of Coenzymated B-6 (Pyridoxal-5) and sublingual 1mg B-12 by Source Naturals. Both came highly recommended by a friend for depression but they make me jittery - the B-12 more so.
They are stimulating so I only take them when I'm tired during the day as a pick-me-up. Not sure whether either has helped much with my depression.

The only way to tell is through trial-and-error. Some people do well on B12 for depression. Some people do better on B6 and zinc for depression. I'm one that tends to be more stable on B6 and zinc picolinate rather than B12.

Thank you, how much b6 and zinc do you take?
