And it can help you to sleep too. I've been doing this for about ten days. It's called Bilateral Stimulation (BLS). When I wake up during the night, I do it for a few minutes, and then it's easier to fall back asleep.

Thank you. I might try this. For the past month, I wake between 3:30 to 4:30 and I feel wretched.A therapist did emdr (the eye movement) and some tapping for ptsd. The results were very interesting. It kind of worked. At least it unblocked some 'stuff'.
