can this occur with patients?
I do have ADHD and maybe this is why im having dissociative episodes becuase i always wonder off and sometimes just way to far off and lose where i am and things around that dont seem familiar.
I was scared to take stimulants becuase i thought i was having psychosis.
What would a pdoc say about this>?

I think you should ask your pdoc. We aren't pdocs and could really have no real idea what they would say.
Babble is great for support. But it is *not* a replacement for getting good real life help from licensed and trained professionals.
