effexor & pregnancy

When I learned I was pregnant I had been taking effexor for about two months. Not only that, but I was two months pregnant when the day I found out I was. Currently I am looking for a good obstetritian to follow up on my visits, but for now I would like to know how I could have affected my unborn child. Please respond as soon you can.
