Lee, congrats! Am also on Effexor-XR, and have found that at the higher dose I'm taking now, it takes longer to get the "engine" going and to get up to full speed. So far, I've been lucky that I can still reach orgasm. Will hang on to your post, in case Effexor starts to kill my responses. Thanks for the suggestion!
