I wish I could remember more, but I think I remember that it was a meta-analysis of many apparently well conducted studies (double blind etc); it concluded that ADs were not much better than placebo; most important--tho not brand new; same happened, at least with anti-psychotics, as I recall--subjects generally knew whether or not they were on the ADs or placebos from the side effects or lack thereof;
Moreover, if people keep trying one AD after another, they might either find something that works or simply remit and attribute it to the the meds they were on when they got better. I started tto glance at Klein's response where he complained about the tendency of e-journals to publish without adequate review. Ill look for it.
