I have been taking Aurorix (in Australia) Moclobemide for about 4 weeks. I am finding that I have more energy, am less depressed, and have noticed an improvement in mood swings. Am taking 450mg. As I understand it, and have researched this drug alot - It is very effective in doses 450mg and above. I am gradually trying to increase the dose to 600mg. It is a drug that works well - but you have to be patient with it. Best of luck.
