Hi,
I've suffered from acute depression for the last five years. i've been on about ten different medications, some more effective than others, all not effective enough. Lately I've been having severe episodes and last thursday was one of my worst. the following day i grabbed a couple handfuls of chocolate covered coffee beans and an hour later i was feeling much much better. it wore off after about six hours. the next day, i woke up feeling awful, had another round of coffee beans (about twenty of them) and an hour later, felt much improved. i've been repeating this ever since and it seems to be working.
why does this work? i've never experienced such immediate results. coffee has never helped before. what is it about actually consuming the coffee bean that is helping me so much?
very curious for feedback.
hope some of you try it!
