Nikki, doing a search on PubMed for "seroxat" brings up citations for studies involving paroxetine, which is the generic name for Paxil. I would guess that Seroxat is the brand name in Europe? Canada?

What dose of seroxat are you on? Are you taking it regularly? Have you told your doctor how you feel? It might not be the med for you.

It must be so hard to be in such a major life transition while depressed. I think, tho, that expecting yourself to be very happy might be making you feel worse.

Hang in there. A lot of us have been on the quest for the right med combo and it can take a while to get it right. If paroxetine isn't it, there is probably something else, or a combo that will work.
