I *believe* it's a selective NE reuptake inhibitor that's marketed in France and maybe a couple other European countries.

All noradrenergic drugs have the potential for some anticholinergic side effects, but AFAIK (if this is the stuff I'm thinking of), V is not a direct cholinergic antagonist.
