Sounds serious! No empathy at all there just pride. My advise is that after getting a new pdoc, of course, perhaps you could take a friend with you when you do see him. Then after you pull his glasses off, your friend could do a three stooges and say "whoop whoop whoop" and then poke him in the eye with a finger. Not hard enough to blind or get in trouble but enough to bring a few tears to his eyes. Then while he is blinded you could each grab an arm and spin him around until he is dizzy loses his balance and falls (gently) to the ground. Repeat the "whoop whoop whoop" and then run like heck. That will teach him to mess with crazy people. Heh.
