The "poop out" as it is called, is experienced by many users of AD's. When this happens, increasing the dosage usually does the trick. Since you are only at 100mg, just bump the dosage up to 150mg. After three months on effexor, I noticed that I slowly became depressed again as it began to loose it's effect gradually. I went off the effexor in December and started back on it in April. This time around, I did not get the same benefit as I did the first times while on effexor. Good luck!
