It's three weeks for me on Wellbutrin (I had been on Serzone but it pooped out after a year and a half). I felt the things you describe. I was given Ambien to sleep, which only gave me some brief shallow sleep. Now I've been given Klonipin to sleep which works. Now that I am sleeping the Wellbutrin seems to be helping. I can't say the world looks rosy, but I'm out of that black pit. For now.
