SAMe info. and experiences, please!

Hi everybody:
I'm trying to find some alternatives to adrafranil as it is no longer working for me.
I'm thinking about SAMe. Can one take it with AD's? I read somewhere that it works on Serotonin and Dopamine receptors, anybody know if this is correct?
Lastly, what is the average dosage?
Any information and experience appreciated.
