Hi Ted,
Thank you for your advice, very much. Infact I thank
everyone for being so quick and informative.
I wish I could take St. John's Wort, but I work
outdoors for a living and the sun (long exposure)
and SJW don't mix well. Therapist had been
hounding me about meditation and I know I should.
I have done it before so I know I can get there.
I opted to nix the zoloft. The side affects scared
me too much. I have tried alot of things along
side mis diagnosis as a manic depressive years back.
That was real rough. The treatment that is.

I like Wellbutrin for some reason, barely a side effect
except the 4am awakening. I can cope right now with
that. I wish there was something that would
ease my anxiety better, social and otherwise. Maybe I
should start with celexa again, just 10 mg.
