Hi,
I have no idea if Topamax would be appropriate for you, but I have bipolar II and I lost 30 pounds on it...it is for mood swings. It didn't work well for me but others on this thread got good results. I also have eating disorders and had no issues there with it. However, I got racing thoughts and agitation. Good luck.
