I have lost 5 pounds on Prozac, however and don't have that terrible anxiety and irritability. Talk this over with your doctor; it's very frustrating worrying about weight gain. I do not believe Trazodone puts weight on most people; it is used mostly as a 'sedative' at night. I have a friend on it many years [Trazodone] with Prozac, and she is quite slim. Pamelor is another matter. Good luck.

Unfortunately, I too gained a noticeable amount of weight on Paxil, but it did wonders for my social anxiety.
