Take it all at bedtime...eventually you will develop a tolerance to it and the drowsiness will go away.

> I have been on Paxil 20mg for 5 weeks and last week my pdoc increased it to 30mg. I am very tired on Paxil. I sleep 12 hrs at night and take a nap during the day. I don't think I can take this sleepiness for as long as I have to take this med. Will this wear off? Any advice is appreciated.
