Lamictal and Zanaflex

I have successfully weaned myself off of Effexor without killing anyone!
My new pdoc has put me on Lamictal 25 mg. 2 x a day to startfor bipolar disorder. She has also
given me Zanaflex 4 mg. as needed for these severe headaches I've been having. She has also advised me to cut out caffeine.
Is anyone else on these drugs? Or, have you been on them in the past? Let me know!
