If you get TD from low-dose Seroquel, I will personally pay for all your medical bills. That's how confident I am that this doesn't occur in such circumstances. I take 160 mg of Geodon, Seroquel's relative, and I am not scared at all of TD. I would be scared if I was taking thorazine or chlorpromazine or something.
