I have been taking 200 mg seroquel 2x day for some itme now (at least a year - I truly have forgotten when I began). I have gone up at times to 300 2x day. This is one med I don't think I have ever had a bad side effect from. And I think it helps me (for me - with some of the distored thinking - zyprexa helped more, but oh, the weight gain - 70+ pounds in a matter of months). I have never heard of any one having problems with TD. I am with SalArmy4me in believing you don't have to worry about that. Good luck.
