Dysthymia Meds.... NEED HELP!

Help. Anybody got a miracle cure for dysthymia? I've been on several ADs (all ssri type) as well as a few mood stabilizers and Ritalin. I'm still as blah feeling as ever.
Doc wants to try Provigil next.
Anybody, Bueller, Bueller?
