I thought that the MAOIs are also considered to have some effect on dysthymia. I believe that the studies on this were not really wholly convincing but even so, they still seem to suggest that the MAOIs may be of some potential help.
I have dysthymia too and I have been through several SSRIs and have found that I am very sensitive to their side effects. The SNRI Reboxetine (available here in the UK) was very good but again some of the side effects prevented me continuing. I tried moclobemide (600mg) and it was truly wonderful but it pooped out after a few months.
I think there is some belief that dysthymia is related to personalty and personality disorders. Maybe that is why you suggest Zyprexa and Risperadal?
