Hey Cam:
Dave here. I've heard of Imovane but it is not available in the United States. Apparently it never went through FDA approval, and now that it is available generically, the costs could not be recouped. Shame, it seems to be pretty effective from what I hear.
My doc will not prescribe Halcion, too many wierd side effects in too many of his patients. It's the only benzo he will not script. For sleep, he overwhelmingly prefers Ambien, which I find to be an effective sleep inducer but too short-acting to last all night.
