What helps Panic Attacks/Depression BEST?

I recently posted.... I have panic attacks/anxiety/Depression and I am allergic to SSRI's. I have tried Paxil, Prozac, and Zoloft. I need help soon! I leave into the Navy in 2 months. Does anybody know something good for treating panic and depression? I need something with barely any side effects. I need something that does not include insomnia or increased heart rate! DOc prescribed BUSPAR but I am hearing many bad things about it. Any suggestions?
