Wellbutrin/Remeron
Wellbutrin/benzo(xanax,valium,librium,or klonopin)
Wellbutrin/Zyprexa.
I found Serzone to be Just worthless, also. No AD effect whatsoever.
Buspar didn't work for me either.
Tricyclics- desipramine, etc w/benzo will definitely work. Because of some side effects this older tried and true approach is not recommended much anymore. It is still worth keeping in mind. Maybe for a good short term solution until you can find something better. > > > > > > >
But, there are many many other combos, people in here know about. I am sure you will get some good suggestions.
