Celexa and skin problems

I've noticed that my psoraisis has gotten a bit worse since I started Celexa.

Is this a side effect or just coincidence? Has anybody heard of skin problems flaring up when taking (or adjusting to)ads?

Psoriasis does flare and wane, to some extent, however...

Just wondering if anyone knows about or has experienced dermatological effects from psych meds...
