Hi Kathleen,

ADs somehow cured my psoriasis (i had it for 24 years), and when i went on Celexa i did not experience the flare up, or return. psoriasis was slowly going away while i've been taking paxil, prozac, and effexor. celexa was next on the list, but fortunately it hasn't affected my skin. I've been on celexa for only 3 weeks, and then quit. i had bad psychological effects on it. Maybe celexa is not a perfect AD for you. Psych meds do affect skin. In my skin clinic they have a psychiatrist on staff to support treatment of skin disorders with psychiatric medications and therapy.
