I took it as an inpatient and loved it. Best sleep I ever had and didnt wake up with that hangover feeling. Im not sure I would take it pregnant tho...
I know this sounds totally lame, but have you tried peppermint tea? You have to be REALLY careful with herbs when preggo but peppermint is ok.
