Seroquel and anxiety

I am taking 50 mgs of Seroquel at night to sleep and it knocks me out.I also take 100mg of zoloft and 2 mg of klonopin.My problem is how safe is it? I have this fear of neuroplectic malignant syndrome...is it possible with such as a low dose??? I started devolping flu like symptoms(upset stomach,stuffy nose,feeling of being unwell) Could Seroquel be causing this?
