I only tried Effexor briefly, however.
A serotonin antagonist and DA/NE agonist in combo is most effective.
Ritalin could safely be added.
Wellbutrin I believe also (I did not check PDR but pretty sure)
Serzone about 50-100mg, or Remeron 7.5mg may be very effect, especially with above dopaminergic.
HOWEVER, SERZONE OR REMERON MAY BE CONTRAINDICATED (concern would likely be serotonin syndrome)
Can check PDR for contrindication, and also medline for cases.I do know that serzone + ritalin or wellbutrin is very effective for serotonin based sexual sysfunction in general.
