I researched and printed Medline stuff on amisulpride last night but now I know about sulpiride.
I'll check it out later.

I would guess, (looking forward to reading on it) that sulpiride is more activating based on the description.
A D3 antagonist almost sounds a bit like an inverse, reduced toxicity apomorphine to me.
Or maybe a bit like Provigil, a very selective (and indirect) *presumably* partial 5ht-3 agonist.
Enough theory. Often just leads no-where. Anyway.
