On klonopin now, how to do with parties/alcohol?

Hi,
I'm on klonopin now, and have a question to all of you here who are taking klonopin. How to do when you want to go on a party? Shall I stop taking the med the same day I drink alcohol or stop taking it the day before? Or what? How about withdrawal symptoms?
