That sounds like a great combo - and I've even considered it before. But what I am concerned about is:
1. Even though Celexa causes this extreme lethargy, I have insomnia at night. I'm afraid that anything long-acting would worsen that.
2. I had multiple seizures as a child. I've heard that Wellbutrin is one of the worse for people with history of seizures. That is also why I have avoided Effexor. One other thing - I have fluctuating blood pressure that goes quite high at times.
My GP doesn't seem to be knowledgeable enough about the meds (although is willing to prescribe whatever I want) and my psychiatrist only thinks I need the AD for panic disorder and anxiety. I'm afraid if I mention the depression I've been having that I will be taken off benzodiazepines, and that would really be bad.
What a dilemna...
