5 mg Remeron is a piddly dose that will never fix anybody's problem. Increase the dosage to 15 mg and get a real response. Also remember to totally cut out all booze. All recreational drugs if you do those (not saying you do). Many rec drugs make these problems worse. Depressant drugs like booze, opiate painkillers (percocet/vicodine) and pot make you more depressed. Stimulant drugs like cocaine and speed can make panic attacks and anxiety worse, leading to paranoia even.Old School
