Sonata sounds good, then (although my dad and I both tried it and it didn't do anything for either of us).

You know, I agree that an outside observer's opinion is a good way to confirm that a medication is helping, but I really don't like the way that psychiatrists sometimes seem to be encouraging us not to trust our own experiences at all. It's very invalidating (to use some psychobabble -- heh heh). I *know* when a drug is helping me and when it isn't. (And my own mother knows better than some doctor who just met me that I need my medication. No, of course I'm not bitter. < g >)
